Changeover dates.

I have been advised by my last provider that the service will end on 06.09.16 however, Plusnet advise new service starts 13.09.16, we CANNOT be with out broadband for a week.  Please advise.

As I understand it your new provider does all the work and there are two dates one for the phone/line transfer and another for broadband a week apart, I wonder it that is why two dates.

I should add without lost of service for a week that is why this way.

When we initially placed the order we requested the 6th however due to engineer availability this changed to the 13th.

You shouldn't lose service before then.

No problems and I can see the notification of the transfer has been changed to the 12/09/16 so on the back of my colleagues reply you should still be connected until we take over.
