Changed mind about moving providers...

Hi we recently decided to change providers to TalkTalk after a free for a year offer but then decided against it after hearing bad reviews,
Our go live date is the 6th of February so we will cancel before that,
I think the Email said we can stay with PlusNet if we change our mind before the 4th and we have.
How do we go about staying with Plusnet?
Thanks in advance

"Not sure but you certainly need to advise TalkTalk " and then contact PN customer services on  0800 432 0200 or 0345 140 0200 without delay! Or vice versa.

Yep, give us a call on those numbers and we can cancel the move away order(s).

Re: Changed mind about moving providers...

Definitely contact Plusnet. I would never in a million years trust TalkTalk to cancel the order even if they said they have!
