Hello and Happy New Year  Smiley
Can I ask a member of PN staff to check my DD is all OK? I set up a new DD due to problems with my bank account (fraud) and I just want to check I won't get interrupted service. I appreciate it was bad timing when I did it with xmas/etc, and now I've received the email that my DD is cancelled and you're not sure why. Could someone please confirm you have the new details and that my payment will be taken from that.
At the moment due to switching bank accounts I'd be unable to make a card payment if the DD hasn't gone through, so if not could you please advise of another way to make payment. Many thanks
