Changed bank account

Hello.

I recently changed my bank with the switch service for all my direct debits and payments. My payment to plusnet has been taken from my bank account, but I got an email from plusnet saying there was a problem with my payment. Can't get through on the phone or chat online to anyone to resolve this matter. Cant raise a ticket either.
