I agreed to a new fibre contract on 24/5/20. I received a new router a couple of days later. My paperwork says the contract starts 1/6/20 but I have not been switched to fibre yet, When I go into my account, it says that there is a product change in progress. I am wondering what is going on if I'm being billed from 1/6/20 and I do not yet have the service.
