Change start date

I've put an order in last night for fibre and phone and would like to put the start date back a month after messing up my contract dates with BT.

 

Can this be done anywhere online, as I have spent almost 30 mins on hold on the phone this morning and given up or is there a call back facility?

Hi,

A warm welcome to the forums.  Using add blockers and cookie inhibitors are known causes of chat not working.

Your core question though needs help from a staffer.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

We're just waiting for the amendment to go through as this can take up to 4 hours.
