Change of product

Having been on PlusNet since 2003 and on PlusNet Broadband Your Way Option 2 with included 15GB bandwidth for many years I have started to get close to my bandwidth limit for the last couple of months since my son moved back home. I have opted to change to PlusNet Extra which is currently scheduled to go live on my next billing date of 25th December. Is there any chance of bring the change forward to now rather than waiting for the next billing date. The cost is actually lower for the first 3 months, but will then be £3 higher as I am on a Market 1 exchange (although we were 5th on the BT race to infinity)

Re: Change of product

Changing account types mid billing period is very, very rarely done. It usually ends up in an un-holy mess!

Re: Change of product

Hi madjbright,
As jelv says, unfortunately we're only able to change account types on the actual billing date I'm afraid. Sorry I can't off you another solution.
