Change of contract

If plusnet has changed my contract can I terminate plusnet early I'm fedup of the speed issues and tech support not doing anything would rather leave and try my luck with Vodafone

If they change your contract you'll get an email similar to below

Sorry to hear you're looking to leave us Ian.

If you contact us on 0800 013 2632 within 30 days of receiving the price refresh e-mail to let us know you're leaving because of the increase in prices we won't charge you an early termination fee when your service leaves us.

I do hope you'll reconsider and stay with us though.
