Change of cease date before it goes ahead on 14/12 - is this possible?

Hi Plusnet,

 

I've tried the online chat but it's always offline, and I've sent a PM via Twitter but there's been no response. I have a cease on my account that's due to go ahead on 14/12 but I wish to extend this to 05/01/2021 - is this possible? The 14th is fast approaching and I'd like confirmation either way before the date.

Surely you will have had an email or a text telling you to ring an 0800 number to pay your bill? Just ring 0800 077 8488, I'm sure you have been informed.

I picked this up over Twitter yesterday, putting an amend through to the supplier systems to change the date on the cease order. I can confirm that's now been changed. Let us know if there's anything else you'd need help with
