i just renewed my contract with you and was only offed the chance to pay by direct debit, i filled in the form but want to change my payment method to credit card the way i used to pay before. I looked in my account and there is no way of changing payment can someone please do this for me. Thank you

Login in to your account, click on the billing tab, zoom out via your web browser and at the bottom of the page you should see an option to change your payment method
If the option is greyed out it could be the previous payment method is pending so try again in a week or so
