Change in product progress

I tried switching from ADSL to fibre a while back, and it was discovered mid-switch that there was no room at the exchange so it was cancelled. However, my account still says "You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress." which blocks me from reviewing any product offers. Fibre might be available now, so you can understand that this is frustrating. Thank you.

Apologies for the issues you've encountered with your account. From running checks here it's showing fibre is now available in your area. We'd be happy to get an upgrade order in place if you'd like or alternatively you can remain on the package you're one and we can remove the 'pending product change' from your account. We'd just need you to confirm how you wish to proceed via this ticket
