Change flat= change contract?

Hi,
i just bought a new flat and i will move at the end of july.
I was wondering if i can tranfer the actual contract i have to the new flat or have to start a new contract? And eventually how long will it take to tranfer the line and how much? (i saw sockets in the new flat, so the line is ready)
