Change direct debit date

Do I really need to wait 4 whole months to make a simple change I would like plusnet to take there direct debit payment on 13th of each month my billing date would need to be set at every 6th of each month.

I'm afraid that the bill date can only be changed once every 4 months. Prior to processing the change of bill date our website confirms this with you to try and ensure you are making the right decision before submitting the request.

Hello Lewis thank you for replying back 

Would be nice if website would display which date direct debit will be taken I have been with most ISP companies they all allow to change direct debit collection date maybe plusnet need to follow suit or at least show the customer what there new direct debit date will be before making the bill date change.
