Change already in progress / PlusNet Pay as you Go (Standard)

Hi all,

 

I can't currently proceed with my broadband order on long dormant plusnet account because it says;

 

Change already in progress
 

You are not currently allowed to make a change. There is already a change in progress. Please try again later

 

It has been like this for a few weeks and i've not had plusnet bb for several years.  Tried calling CS but understandably calls are being cut off and directed here.

I'm afraid that once an account's been downgraded to a free one, it can't be upgraded to broadband again. I'd recommend calling our sales team on 0800 432 0080 or going through the online signup process Here to create a new account.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

I'll give the sales team a call because just using the online checker it thinks i have broadband on my telephone number even when not logged in and in an in-private window.

Our records show that you already have Plusnet broadband
