Hello,
I wish to take over my mother's account with the same address/phone number etc. It's just the name of the account holder and the bank account that changes.
Maybe I could just change the bank account and leave it in her name (even though she is no longer) but there was nowhere to do this on the web site.
How can I do this? I tried editing account details, but you can only change the phone number and email there.
Alternatively, should I set up as a new user moving in to her house. In that case would I be eligible for the new user discount?

I'm afraid we can't amend the account holder. If you're wanting to take over her service, you would need to create an account in your own name in which case you would be classed as a new customer and therefore entitled to new customer discounts.
