Just noticed this is active on my account?
Cessation charge £30.00(upon cancellation) Activated
Is this only if I now leave plusnet or is it something to do with coming from BT? I used a MAC to move here.

If you leave and cancel completely without migrating your broadband service, BT charge for removing the service from your line. PN pass this charge on.
This has been the case for around 6 years...

So that is a warning as of now, not an upcoming bill from BT?

OK thanks, just never know with BT what they hit you for, already saying that I had to give 30 days notice to cancel BT sport...but then couldn't cancel it as I was mid-move, yet today the guy I spoke to said that I could have cancelled it when I last called!!
So glad to be away from BT.
