Just a suggestion, but the emails you send out about the cashback say:

Plusnet Claim Placed Successfully
Dear xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Thank you for confirming your details.
We are now processing your £50 cashback, and a cheque will be dispatched to you shortly.

In the meantime should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact the customer care support.

I think it would be a good idea, instead of saying "shortly", for it to actually say that to the cheque will not be processed until 30 days since your last service went active,  and then it can take up-to 30 days at that point. To me 'shortly' means within the next week or so, not a couple of months.

Thanks for pointing that out about the email, we're looking into that now. I don't like how some of that is worded at all so cheers for the feedback.
