I rang Plusnet today to chase up my outstanding £75 cashback from a couple of months ago, with covid and everything else going on we’ve had more important things goin on. I was told they emailed me in may and my cashback has now expired. I couldn’t remember any emails so I checked all my emails, I’ve not had any emails from Plusnet regarding cashback. So their customer service team have lied to me over the phone twice!?
I was wondering has anyone else had these problems with Plusnet?
Quite frankly I’m absolutely appalled with Plusnet and their customer service.🤬🤬
