I signed up for unlimited fibre at the end of September, but have never heard anything more about the money back reward contained in the deal (I think it was cashback rather than the current gift cards). I've checked my spam and in the plusnet email interface and there's nothing in either of them either. It looks like a common issue on here, so can someone help. Thanks.
