Hi all,

When I signed up for my phone and BB, there was an offer of £50 cashback. I currently do not see anywhere or have received any correspondence as to how I claim this. Anyone have an ideas or has been successful? Thanks in advance.

I can see we sent you an e-mail on the 30th November to redeem your cashback.

In case it's been lost in your junk mail folders I've just redeemed it for you from this side instead.

So I'd expect you to receive the reward within 30 days.
