Cashback situation following COVID19

My account (user ID gkhng83) was up and running on the 17th March. According to the Plusnet website FAQs, I am due to receive an email regarding the cashback I was due, two weeks after my Plusnet service starts. That day is yesterday. Would you let me know how this is affected by COVID-19? I have checked my spam folders BTW.
