First of all, I'm really glad to be a Plusnet customer. I've heard nothing but good things about Plusnet so I'm looking forward to a more pleasant broadband/phone provider experience!
Secondly, when can I expect to receive the £50 cashback reward? Is there something I need to do to activate this? My Plusnet service went live on the 15th and I haven't heard anything via email since then.

I am sorry to hear you haven't received your cashback redemption email yet. I've tracked this and we can see it was sent on the 16th March but it wasn't opened. Appreciate it may have been lost by any spam filters etc you may have.
I've raised this with our Marketing team now to see if we can auto-redeem the cash back and post the cheque to you as soon as possible. I expect to hear back within the next 5 days.
