Cashback not received
Hello, i am posting today as i have not received an email requesting i claim my cash back, I've called customer services and they have said i am outside of my claim window which i do not agree with as i haven't even received the email. i think this is quite dishonest way to do business i would hope that some one at plus net can sort this out for me asap.

I am sorry that you are now outside the escalation period to receive your reward. It is outlined in the terms and conditions of the cash back reward that you have 2 months to get in touch should you not receive you cashback reward or to claim it if you have.
