Cashback issue

Hello, I placed a 18 months broadband order with you on 8th Nov and the broadband went live on at the end of Nov. I remember as apart of this deal, I could have £75 reward. This is the main reason I chose to join you. Unfortunately, I still haven't received the £75 reward promised. I went directly through Plusnet when I purchased. I have also tried to call customer service, however I was told there was no such deal for my order. It sounds very strange. I am sure there was a reward when I placed my order with you because I have made a note that I would like to post the reward to my new home. If there was no such deal, I assume that I would not able to get this information. I would appreciate your help on this.
