Cashback email

I signed up online for Plusnet broadband and went live on 30 October. I haven't received the email for the £50 cash back which was advertised at the time - yes I have checked spam folders. This seems to be rather common problem and is rather disappointing - if Plusnet are making the offer they should make it simple and transparent to claim it. 


I haven't been able to get through to phone support so hopefully someone from the help team can sort this out through this forum.
