According to http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,112065.msg1219660.html#msg1219660 I should have received an email. As I haven't can a member of staff check why please?

For the specific offer you're on you won't receive an email, your cheque will simply arrive within 60 days of your account going active.
