Hi, signed up for Plusnet broadband back in September with the £75 cashback offer, hadn't received anything as of yet so tried the online chat today, and they advised me that it had expired as I hadn't claimed the cashback. I never received any communications regarding this, so was unaware that it had to be claimed. Can anybody assist with resolving this please?
