Cashback email not received

Hi there.

 

I placed an order for my Plusnet fibre broadband and home phone on the 6th of March 2018 with the £50 cashback. The broadband was activated on 20th March 2018 and I have still not received any email regarding this cashback. I called the number listed on your cashback help page (08005872013) and they said that they still hadn't received any update from Plusnet regarding the order for them to send the link and so were unable to help. 

 

When is this likely to be sorted out?
