I have not received any cashback email as promised. I have been using my Plusnet broadband from 01/10/2019.
Could you please check my account and make the necessary arrangements to pay my cashback.

Hi Muthu, we processed that as a resolution payment which means it should have gone back to your bank account. I need to apologise as it wasn't processed correctly. I'm flagging that with a manager right now so we can process it straight away, it will take a further 10 working days for that to reach your account and I'm really sorry for the further issues with that.
