Cashback e-mail not received

Hi, my service went live on 4th August 2018 but I haven't yet received my cashback e-mail for £85 , please can you advise.

Thanks for getting in touch regarding this.

 

I am really sorry to hear that there has been a delay in receiving your cashback redemption email.

We have been made aware that there was an issue with the system that was automatically sending the redemption email.

As a result of this our Marketing Team is sending the emails to each customer that has been affected by this and this is expected to be with you within 5 - 10 working days.
