Cashback declined

Hi,

I had recently ordered Plusnet via Quicdco cashback site. The only reason I had gone for Plusnet.

However it is declined. Would you be able to look into this pls?

Hi VSK,

Sorry to hear your cashback has been declined. My checks show that your account was signed up via a Quidco cashback offer. I'd recommend raising a transaction query with Quidco then we'll approve it at the end of the month.
