Hi wivenhoe6, I've checked our tracker and can see that you completed the redemption on 23/07/15. The cheque should be with you within 30 days from this date, so I wouldn't worry too much just yet.
If you've still not had anything through towards the end of August, let us know and we'll get that chased up for you
