Cashback Offer - No Email After 10 Working Days

Good evening,

I signed up with Plusnet Broadband on 9 September 2019 due to the £70 cashback incentive. The service went live on 23 October 2019.

I am happy with the service so far, but I have still yet to receive the link to claim the cashback offer.

Please can you advise on how to resolve this.

Our records show that an email was sent to you on 2/10/19, however I've claimed it on your behalf and you should receive your reward soon.
