Good evening,
I signed up with Plusnet Broadband on 9 September 2019 due to the £70 cashback incentive. The service went live on 23 October 2019.
I am happy with the service so far, but I have still yet to receive the link to claim the cashback offer.
Please can you advise on how to resolve this.
