Cashback Email

Hi,

My phone went live on 08/11  but due to problems at your end i was without broadband until the 16/11.

However I have not received an email about my £65 cashback cheque. When i signed up on 25/10 it

stated i would receive such email within 10 days of service going live.

Can some staff member have a look into this for me.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you had getting set up, I have looked over the account and have raised the cashback issue as an escalation - we should hear back within 5 working days.
