Cashback Declined

I signed up for an 18month contract in August through Top Cashback who now tell me that this has been declined by Plusnet. Can somebody look into this for me?

So we can investigate this for you, or advise further would it be possible to provide the rejection reason from TopCashBack's site? This should be held under the claims section.

This is what I received

Regrettably, your claim has been declined. The network agency has not identified ourselves as the last referral for your transaction.

As cashback is a commission based service, when we are not identified as the last referral, we do not receive any commission for a transaction; we pass this commission back to our members as cashback.

Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee cashback as there are many different ways for referrals to be identified.

I can only apologise on this occasion. We always endeavour to try and get positive outcomes for our claims, but regrettably that cannot always be the case.

As we consider this a valid reason to decline a claim, we will currently be unable to dispute this decision any further.

I sincerely hope your future transactions run much more smoothly.
