Cash back not received, what account no do I use when claiming?

Does anyone know where i can find my 7 digit account number.

I haven't a clue what you are talking about.
Plusnet does not use numbers for our accounts - they use the user name.

That's weird trying to fill out a missing cash back claim and it asks for it.

I suggest you edit the first post and change the subject title to "Cash back not received, what account no. do I use when claiming?"
PN have a history of offers like this not working properly and we've seen a couple of other posts similar to yours recently.
Hopefully one of the Plusnet Digital Care team will pick up this topic for you and investigate.

I'm not sure if this is what you need, as mine is 8 digits long, but the first character is zero, so may not be part of it.
Log in to the member centre, and click on View my bill, then look at one of your bills - mine has a Service ID: field. As I say it's an eight digit number for mine, but if yours starts with a zero as well, try using that...

Ah, if it's through quidco then it's them that you need to chase up for the cashback - not sure if they have your bank details or if you have a quidco account number (I'm afraid I'm not signed up so don't know how they work) but you'd need to talk to them about it directly.

I think the quidco claim is asking him for their Plusnet account number. We've seen the issue before although I can't remember the outcome.

Ah, fair enough - well nitrams69 your service ID is 2016708, if it's an 8 digit number and that's the one you need just stick a 0 in front of it. Hope it helps, please keep us posted.

Hi
First post here. I am also looking to raise a claim as I've not had my "yet to complete" order tracked.
If anyone manages to get cash back from Quidco regarding Plusnet, please post here.

Just a post to say I had to manually raise a cashback claim with Quidco to, and ran up against the same issue - 7 digit "Account Number".
I dropped the leading zero from my Service ID.  I'll report back what happens.
