Plusnet does not use numbers for our accounts - they use the user name.

PN have a history of offers like this not working properly and we've seen a couple of other posts similar to yours recently.
Hopefully one of the Plusnet Digital Care team will pick up this topic for you and investigate.

Log in to the member centre, and click on View my bill, then look at one of your bills - mine has a Service ID: field. As I say it's an eight digit number for mine, but if yours starts with a zero as well, try using that...

First post here. I am also looking to raise a claim as I've not had my "yet to complete" order tracked.
If anyone manages to get cash back from Quidco regarding Plusnet, please post here.

I dropped the leading zero from my Service ID. I'll report back what happens.
