Cash Back Query

I'm just a little puzzled here as to when I should receive my cash back I filled out the forms to apply for the cashbook and was told it could take 30 days. To be honest I'm not sure that 30 days have elapsed but seems to be taken ages can you have a look for me please.

Hi Alex, some of the cheques redeemed in February/March were unfortunately been delayed. Although it looks like you redeemed the cashback on 10/03/16 and we have an expected delivery date of 08/04/16.

I appreciate it's now the 9th, however can you give me a nudge if you've not received it early next week and I'll check for updates on that for you.
