Cant view my bills, just comes up unable to complete this request. I also want to upgrade my call package but when i go to do this online, the figures quoted for phone/broadband are higher than i should be paying. A little worried about just going ahead as a few months ago i tried to reduce call package (on a different account) and you kept trying to charge me more money!!! How do i get to speak to a human being?
