Cant pay over due payment
I had an email 2 days ago about a failed payment and that I had 14 days to pay it.
Just tried to log onto my account to pay but I have been restricted! It's only been 2 days.

I sympathise. The same happened to me a month ago. As far as I can tell PN must have cancelled my DD which had been in use for over 10 years. I had to ring up and pay by card on the phone - and had to get transferred back to base by the working at home advisor as they can't take payment from home.
I have tried to raise a complaint about this and the stupidity of it and inconsistency of the email and their actions.
It's just another problem for the list since the new billing system in 2019.
I'm afraid it's best to ring up and pay (wait time yesterday was 30 mins) and let the stress wash away.
