Cant pay all of my overdue bill

Ive had a hard couple of months and unable to pay my bill. I do not want to be disconnected but i cant pay the full amount at the moment. I cant really ring as really struggle to talk on the phone due to my anxiety. I really don't want to be disconnected but I don't know what to do? Can anyone help? Ive trued online chat but I cant get past Joe.

Send a Personal Message

Support staff might ask for private information to be sent via a Personal Message (PM) which new users might not know how to do. Further to that, new users might not have sufficient ranking (Just Browsing, Interested and Newbie) to send PMs:-

• Have made 5 or more posts
• Have logged in (and out) at least twice and made 3 posts

Having attained the (Hooked) ranking a PM is sent as follows:-

No one has got back to me and i have now been cut off. My anxiety is now sky high and im very upset. Ive had enough happen to us in the last week weeks and this has topped it off for me
