I received an email about 10 hours ago telling me I have a bill to view, but I cannot even log in to the member centre. Has my account been closed prematurely? Moving to Vodafone on the 4th, and I have tried resetting the password.

Hate to break it to you, but that probably won't be your final bill if you haven't even switched yet. Is it just your regular monthly bill?
I switched over 3 weeks ago and am still waiting for final bill; I was told 21 days from termination so hopefully I'll hear something this week coming. Slightly annoying when there's a refund due!
