Cannot view my bill online
I need to access my bills for my accounts and VAT purposes and just get an error message when I go to this section of my account. Please can you fix this, Plusnet?

I think Plusnet have been working on their website as there seem to be several reports of things not working correctly. They did some work this week to remove links to the Help Assistant in the Manage Account page which also borked (intentionally or otherwise) the link in the complaints code to allow a ticket to be raised. They are supposedly working to correct the latter.
On occasion, I have experienced long waiting times to get the log in screen and then to actually connect, and also my referrals breakdown will not load (although the csv file will download!). However, my bills do load. Hopefully Plusnet can sort it out for you.
