Cannot view bills

We've been unable to view bills for a couple of months now; just keep getting the error message:

Something's gone wrong..

Sorry, there's been a problem, but we're working hard to fix it.

Try refreshing the page, but if that doesn't work please contact us.

 

I've tried disabling all plugins, allowing all cookies etc etc, and am using the latest firefox browser, but also tried downgrading to older firefox.  Nothing works.

Fix

@Pauly9 Try downloading another browser such as Chrome and/or Edge. Also try putting the browser into ‘private browsing’ or ‘incognito mode’

Thanks, ‘incognito mode’ worked. I'm not sure why.

Odd, as there's no problem with any other website; only plusnet.

Incognito mode ignores cookies and cache which seems to occasionally be a problem with viewing bills online. An alternative is to clear cookies and cache but incognito mode or private browsing is an easier way and allows you to retain them if you don’t want to clear.
