Cannot view bill in new billing system

The open question link is one of the ones that doesn't work, if fact most of the links don't work.
The easiest way, I would have thought, would be to send a copy of my bill as an email attachment to the email telling me how much my bill will be.

I still can not believe the PlusNet Support Staff are replying to all these problems with "I attached it to a Ticket" or "I'll update youtr ticket". MOST OF US CANNOT ACCESS THE MEMBER CENTRE to see the tickets and we then get sent a txt/email that says the following:
"We can see you've recently been in touch with our Support Team about a problem with your service.
If the issue is still outstanding, please review your Question on our website.
However, if you think the problem's now fixed, there's no need to reply. Your Question will automatically close"
As we cannot access the ticket to update it, PlusNet close the ticket because they think the ploblem is fixed.
I have tried to send them some feed back via about this and when I submitted it I got a "An Unexpected Error has occured, Your request failed". How convenient for them ;-).
Can someone at PlusNet please fix this problem as it's causing a lot of people problems. It's not as though it has only just happened, this has been going on for weeks.

Unfortunately there's no way we can e-mail you an attachment, but the content of my colleague Alice's response should be view-able in the e-mail we've sent as a result of creating the ticket?

The 'view' link in the email didn't work but Alice did explain what had happened & that she'd rectified it.
Just now I've logged into my account & the view bills, calls & questions links are all working.
Thanks to all three CS reps who've helped with this.

Add my name to the list of those who cannot view their bill.
Fortunately in my case it is not a major problem as the monthly email I get regarding DD shows the amount to be taken from my account.
I can access the billing area and a breakdown of phone charges does show but the other part is just a blank page.

after some investigation. I'm on firefox nightly
getting the error below.
"Network Protocol Error
An error occurred during a connection to identity.plus.net. "
hitting the try again button loads the page.
Also i noticed this with the inspector

There are some good sides to this, I have not been charged since December, free internet. If that is replicated over many accounts, will not be long before they are bankrupt.

Me too...third month in a row that i cant access my bills
W10, chrome 72.0
Please add me to the list of people who cant see their bills
EDIT- just tried with edge,and after a short delay, statements do appear....hardly ideal to switch browser from chrome, but do-able

Me too, add me to the list, haven't seen my bill in Firefox since billing system update.
However can view in Microsoft Edge, but a fix is needed for Firefox.
