Cannot update payment method

I am simply trying to update my credit card details after receiving a new card but Plusnet ALWAYS says card declined. Can someone please help me out?Huh

Please don't suggest I am typing the wrong number or something because I am not. I tried with other cards and always the same result.

Hi @jimmy19856, to be honest I'm not too sure what's causing this as can't see any issues on the account.

I have now updated my details, thanks for your help.

 

As this is not the first time this has happened to me it would seem a lot easier if the customer could be given the ability to remove card details, rather than having to open a ticket each time. Just a suggestion.
