Cannot renew.

How can I renew my contract when everyone I phone I get the ' we are experiencing a high level of calls and cannot answer your call'. So the next bit, how can I leave?
As but if I do nothing I get charged the default rate. That's mega bucks.

When is your contract due to end, @briston ? AFAIK, there is usually a banner on your member centre home page a few weeks before the end of your contract with a renewal 'offer' - which in my time here has usually meant a reduction in the monthly BB cost, although I doubt it would next time, based on my current rate.
