Cannot pay outstanding debit
I am trying to call the call centre to pay an outstanding 6 pound bill after moving home and cancelling the service. Currently I am on a 20 minute hold, after trying two other times in the recent past.
Online payment does not work. I go to plus.net/pay, as advised by the automatic message from the call centre and I get an error message on the landing page.
Please advise on how to pay. In the email it said I have 16 days to pay... I am trying.

I can see a member of our team tried to get in contact with your but received an engaged tone on the contact details we have. I'm afraid you would need to call us on 0800 432 0200 to make the payment.
