Cannot pay my line rental saver renewal please help

have had an email asking me to pay my yearly line saver renewal when I try to do this from the the email it goes to the renewal document and I enter all the details as requested then it j gives a message that something went wrong  I have done this twice and the same thing happened.  So have I paid it or not or worse still have I paid twice can you check and let me know

my bank account has now been debited three times and I have several other bills to pay if you do not repay  the extra two debits back to me quickly I may go into overdraft which will cost me more money and could effect my credit rating please do something quickly to restore this cash I am owed
