I am currently unable to make changes or see the options to renew my contract due to 'a phone order currently in progress'. Can anyone help me get these changes cleared or cancelled? It was only a minor change requested, I can't even remember what is was now. It was about a month or so ago. Regards.
Hi @Karen68, thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry to hear there's a current change going through that's stuck on your account at the moment preventing you from seeing the re-contract options. I've linked with a colleague who has removed the stuck call feature so you should be able to see the re-contract options moving forwards.
